| The Association has many owner events throughout the state that disseminate relevant content and information from prominent business leaders in the industry and the broader economic environment. Theses events include our N Cal Symposium, S Cal Self Storage Owners Summit, Annual Conference & Member Meeting as well as our Local Area Networking Receptions and Ambassador Coffee Meetings around the state.

5 EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS
| The Association offers classroom training throughout the state to augment the competence of Managers and District Managers. Training programs include Legal, Sales & Marketing and Customer Service.

6 COMMUNICATION & PUBLICATIONS
| All members receive a membership directory and the quarterly Association newsletter. Additionally, you are eligible to purchase our Rental Agreement as well as the RV Parking & Boat agreement along with other relevant business forms, which are current with California Law.

8 NATIONAL ASSOCIATION RELATIONS
| Because the CSSA is an affiliated state to the SSA all members are given an "Affiliate" membership with the National Self Storage Association (SSA). Take advantage of discounts on SSA events, including their fall trade-show in Las Vegas, and publications.
