CHANGING/UPDATING PASSWORD

You can update your user-name and password by doing the following: once logged in visit MANAGE PROFILE which will be located on the right hand side. From there select EDIT BIO. From here you can update your user-name and password.


MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL/PAYING DUES

In order to renew your membership you must be logged on to the Parent Members account. Once logged in you can visit MEMBERSHIP which is located under INVOICING, PAYMENTS & HISTORY in your member profile. From here you can view your expiration date or renew your membership securely.


UPDATING YOUR MEMBERSHIP PROFILE

You can update your profile by doing the following: once logged in select MANAGE PROFILE which will be located on the right hand side under MY PROFILE. From there select EDIT BIO.


CHANGING/DELETING PROFILE PICTURE

You can change or delete your profile pictures by doing the following: once logged in visit PROFILE HOME which will be located on the right hand side. From there position your mouse over your photo and select CHANGE or DELETE.


CUSTOMIZE WEBSITE ALERTS/EMAILS AND VIEWING PREFERENCES

You are able to customize the alerts/emails the site sends you as well as your profile viewing preferences by visiting MANAGE PROFILE on the right hand side under MY PROFILE. From here select PREFERENCE and then un-check the items you would like to disable.


You can customize the following –

 

EMAILS RECEIVED

  • When someone applies to an opening you have posted
  • When community events are added
  • When a connection invite has been received
  • When a connection updates their profile
  • When a connection uploads a new photo
  • When an event is added to a group of which I am a member
  • When someone in one of my groups updates their profile
  • When someone joins a group of which I am a member
  • When someone uploads a photo to a group of which I am a member
  • When I have unread messages older than 30 days in my inbox
  • When new messages arrive

PRIVACY SETTINGS

  • Display my ‘Online Now’ status and allow others to start a chat with me
  • Share my favorites with others who can see my profile
  • Turn on my wall and allow other members to view my connections
