Join your fellow self storage associates for this special experience at the Culinary Institute of America. We will tour the CIA at Greystone, one of the world's most unique and enriching schools for food and wine education. Built in the late 19^th century, this was once home to the Christian Brothers Winery. The tour includes behind-the-scenes look at the world-famous culinary school, historic campus with their collection of over 100 wine cork screws, viewing culinary students in action, and gift shop. Next we’ll be treated to a private three-course lunch and wine taste in their famed Barrel Room with original wine barrels.

  

Then it’s off to the CIA at Copia, near Oxbow Market in downtown Napa. You’ll have time to browse this more modern, but equally impressive culinary school, with it’s Wine Hall of Fame. You will receive a complimentary “wine card” where you can choose to taste a number of the 24-varieties of wine, and browse their extensive culinary store/gift shop.
