Current Responsibilities
As Senior Managing Director and Self Storage Sector Lead at JLL Capital Markets, Brian specializes in self storage asset sales, equity placement, and advisory services nationwide. Based in the Los Angeles/Century City office, he works alongside Senior Managing Director Steve Mellon to strategically broaden the firm's offerings of self storage opportunities across the country. Brian focuses on the acquisition and disposition of self storage assets, leveraging his extensive experience in the sector.

Experience
Brian is a seasoned professional in the self storage industry with a career spanning development, operations, management, and transactions. Over the course of his career, he has been involved in over $7.5 billion of self storage sales, acquisitions, and equity placements. Prior to joining JLL, Brian served as an acquisitions manager at Public Storage, the largest publicly-traded REIT focusing on self storage properties. This role provided him with invaluable insights into the operations and strategic growth of self storage portfolios. Before his time at Public Storage, Brian was a senior associate at Marcus & Millichap, where he was directly involved in more than $100 million of single and multi-tenant retail property sales throughout the country.
