Legal Help Center (LHC)
  • The California Self Storage Association Legal Help Center is a COMPLIMENTARY service for CSSA members only
  • You may submit a question of a legal nature regarding your self storage business or operations
  • Your question must be one that can be answered within a short amount of time (up to 10 minutes)
  • CSSA will assign it to one of our attorney-member law firms for a response
  • You will receive a response from the attorney within 1-3 business days
  • Complicated questions or those requiring a more detailed response beyond the short time frame, will be notified – you then may then choose to seek legal advice from any attorney or make some arrangement with the attorney who has received your request
