Gary Sugarman

Gary Sugarman, Principal and COO, The William Warren Group
As Principal and COO of The William Warren Group, Gary is responsible for operations, capital relationships, and strategy for the Company’s StorQuest Self Storage portfolio. Prior to joining The William Warren Group, Gary was COO of Edison Properties, a $5 billion private REIT, including the notable Manhattan Mini Storage portfolio. Gary spent 20 years operating several national retail chains and practiced as a Wall Street corporate finance attorney. Gary is a Member of the California Self Storage Association Board of Directors, CubeSmart Board of Advisers, has served as Chairman of the New York Self Storage Association, and as a Board Member of the national Self Storage Association Large Operators Council. Gary is a graduate of the University of Michigan and Harvard Law School.
