Sarah Swingler

I’ve been part of the California Self Storage Association since 2018 and currently serve as Co-Chair of the MarComm Committee. I earned my degree in Political Science from Long Beach State, where I first developed a passion for collaboration, strategy, and how good leadership can create real change.
Today, as Director of Business Development at MakoRabco, I get to bring those same principles to life—helping teams, clients, and partners build meaningful projects together. Joining the Board feels like a natural extension of that journey. I'm eager to contribute intentionally to strengthening our industry community and help foster the connections that make this industry special.
