Steve Mirabito

Steve Mirabito is the Founder and President of StoragePRO Management, a comprehensive third-party management company providing storage solutions for owners nationwide. He has been involved in the self-storage industry since 1986 and is often retained as an expert regarding self-storage development and operations. He has authored several articles on self-storage financing, management, and development, as well as presented at multiple conferences, and enjoys sharing his expertise.

Steve graduated from Cornell University with a degree in City & Regional Planning. After graduation, he relocated to California and began his career in self-storage. He has developed numerous self-storage facilities and uses his retail-oriented approach across the StoragePRO portfolio.

Steve has been a member of the California Self Storage Association since its formation in 2002, and is a past Chair of the Board. In addition, he serves on the Napa Conference committee, and as Chair of the CSSA Legislative Committee, has now returned as a member of the Board of Directors.

Steve is married to his wife Joyce, and they have two children. He enjoys traveling, golf, fine wine, and great conversation.
