He previously served as deputy chief of staff for communications to Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger and was co-communications director during the historic 2003 California Recall. Stutzman advises Fortune 500 companies, trade associations, and private firms, and is a frequent commentator on California politics.

Andrew Acosta is founder of Acosta Consulting and a veteran political strategist with more than 30 years of experience in campaign management, media strategy, and public affairs.
