Rob Stutzman is the founder and president of Stutzman Public Affairs, a Sacramento-based firm specializing in campaigns, communications, crisis management, and political advertising. He previously served as deputy chief of staff for communications to Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger and was co-communications director during the historic 2003 California Recall. Stutzman advises Fortune 500 companies, trade associations, and private firms, and is a frequent commentator on California politics.

Andrew Acosta is founder of Acosta Consulting and a veteran political strategist with more than 30 years of experience in campaign management, media strategy, and public affairs. He has led recall campaigns, special elections, ballot initiatives, and independent expenditures, and recently helped guide Kevin McCarty’s successful campaign for Mayor of Sacramento. Acosta has advised the California Democratic Party and numerous statewide campaigns and initiatives.
