He formed Crescendo Self Storage Management after he and his partners sold the 84 property LifeStorage portfolio to Uncle Bob's for $1.5 billion in 2016. Kenny is a recognized expert in self-storage operations, having spoken at many ISS conferences, state association conferences, and at the Federation of European Self Storage Associations conference in London.  He's a former CSSA board member.}
