CSSA's Holiday Networking Lunches
CSSA Ends the Year with Holiday Celebration
What better way to end the year than by spending time with friends, clients, and even competitors? CSSA wrapped up 2025 with four Holiday Networking Lunches held across California. Each location featured discussion leaders who shared insights and led open conversations on financing, valuation, and the current state of the self storage industry in California.
Jason “Jay” Allen of Performance Self Storage Group led the NorCal Holiday Lunch, Keith Phillips of Marcus & Millichap guided the Los Angeles discussion, Andy Bratt of Gantry hosted the Orange County event, and Kevin Cuff led the San Diego Holiday Lunch. Nearly 300 attendees participated, enjoying both the lively discussions and the camaraderie of these special holiday gatherings.
New this year was an expansion of the CSSA Young Leaders Group (YLG). YLG leaders organized networking extensions at several locations, creating additional opportunities for young members to connect, build relationships, and form lasting alliances (see the YLG article in this issue).
