A Year of Connection: Holiday Golf Events for Our Young Leaders

This past holiday season marked an exciting beginning for our newly formed Young Leaders Group. Through a series of golf-centered events, members from across California came together to build relationships, strengthen leadership skills, and establish a sense of community that will carry into the year ahead.

Our first event was an eight-hole golf outing at Contra Costa Country Club, offering a relaxed setting where members of all experience levels could connect on the course. The smaller format encouraged conversation, mentorship, and teamwork, setting a welcoming tone for the group.

In Los Angeles, a Topgolf event brought high energy and friendly competition. Interactive games and team challenges created an inclusive environment where networking felt natural and fun, reinforcing the importance of collaboration and communication.

The holiday series continued with golf simulator events in San Diego and Orange County. These events blended technology with friendly competition and gave members the chance to connect locally while sharing tips, experiences, and leadership insights.

As we reflect on this inaugural year, these events represent more than just time on the course; they reflect the relationships, momentum, and shared vision we are building together. We look forward to the year ahead with excitement and purpose, confident that our Young Leaders Group will continue to grow, connect, and lead together in the months to come.
