What's Ahead 

This community is brand new, and we're building the calendar as we go. Here's whats already in the works: 

• Virtual Happy Hours — A relaxed 30-minute learning session followed by open conversation. Come for the topic, stay for the company.
• Real Talk Sessions — Honest conversations with women in leadership, for women navigating the industry at every stage.
• Toolkits — A growing library of practical resources you can put to use the same day you get them.
• Speak Up Sessions — Real talk about being heard in the room, and practical ways to make sure you are.

Mentorship: access to women who've already done it.

One thing this group kept coming back to: women helping the women a few steps behind them. We're building a mentorship program that pairs women across California's self storage industry, whether you're early in your career or already leading a region.
