This year's conference featured an impressive lineup of expert speakers who shared invaluable insights about the future of the self-storage industry and the impact of digital technology and AI. John Rossman, the former Director of Enterprise Services at Amazon, encouraged attendees to "Think Like Amazon," exploring strategy, corporate culture, innovation, and the transformative potential of AI. Mike Burnam, CEO of StorageMart, gave a thoughtful presentation on the present and future of the self-storage industry, making a compelling case for the power of technology and innovation.

The conference gave participants a variety of Casual Networking Opportunities. Starting with our opening reception on My 15th where attendees enjoyed food, music and our first silent auction. And ending with our closing reception on May 16th overlooking the Napa Valley. Our attendees got to enjoy each others company and find connections through out the event with our lunches and conference breaks.
